Our Business

   We  created Picture Perfect Art & Custom Framing to bring the art of true custom framing to North Oakland and Genesee Counties. It is hard to accept that the big box stores have all but wiped out the small artisans that truely care about their craft. We can and will compete with them on price, we absolutely beat them on service and delivery and all of our work is done inside our store not somewhere in Texas or North Carolina. Local owners, local artisans and a real appreciation of this community.
